Landscaping & Plantation

In India, the Vedas and Vastu Shastra provide detailed insights into landscape design, emphasizing principles aligned with the natural environment, where mountains are regarded as the abode of gods and rivers as goddesses. The square symbolizes the earth, the circle represents heaven, and the Mandala signifies the interconnectedness of both. Meanwhile, in China, Feng Shui, translating to "Air and Water," guides landscape design principles focused on creating an auspicious environment in harmony with nature.

01

Pre-build

Conducting design analysis in accordance with site soil and water test reports, considering climatic conditions. Our process involves preparing a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation, followed by tendering, negotiations, and the development of a schedule of execution.

Our initial steps include initiating work based on a thorough soil and water test report. This ensures optimal soil fertility, considering precise physical and chemical properties such as sand, clay, and silt percentages, organic matter content, water holding capacity, soil bulk density, electrical conductivity, porosity, soil structure, micro-nutrients, and more.

02

Execution

Our trained and experienced landscape engineers, horticulturists, and landscape architects oversee the landscaping and plantation development work on-site. They ensure effective coordination between the head office, site, and project consultants. Tasks include critical path management, quality control through lab tests, and providing training to site staff.

03

Initial maintenance

We calculate the manpower, machinery, tools, manure, fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and micro-nutrients required based on the project area. Our trained landscape engineer or horticulturist provides full-time supervision, acting as a client agent to fulfill all project responsibilities. We organize periodic training programs for site staff, covering topics such as green waste management, floriculture, palm plant care, plant pruning and shaping, disease and insect identification, and landscape plant control techniques. Additionally, we design and develop a floriculture and ornamental plants nursery to produce flower seedlings and ready-potted plants for emergency decoration, along with the recycling of potted plants for display purposes.
